Orchid cooperates with Aramex and local freight forwarding companies to deliver fragrance products to its valued customers throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Orchid Luxury offers free delivery of orders of SR 499 and more. For applications less than SAR 499, a delivery cost of SAR 84 is added to the invoice amount. We will communicate with you by shipping companies to coordinate the process of receiving products from Orchid Luxury. Shipping usually takes 1 to 4 business days.

When the order reaches the delivery office of the customer’s address and is not received within a maximum of 83 hours, the retailer assumes responsibility when the shipment is damaged or damaged.
For requests that include delivery to the address, the customer may need to inform the carrier of more details about its address. Failure to respond to the contact person will result in receiving the shipment from the delivery office within a maximum of 83 hours from the time of the delivery notice. When the customer records shipping data that contains an incorrect access address and / or contact number, the merchant assumes responsibility for the delivery company being unable to deliver the shipment to him. We also provide our customers with the service of refunding the amounts they paid by replacing them with purchase vouchers with the same value. We allow you to replace the products you bought for free, as we will cover the costs of returning the product and issue a voucher with the same value as the product to be replaced.
